The Pac-12 is here. So are we!

This fall, TXST begins an exciting new chapter as we officially join one of the nation's premier athletic conferences. The Pac-12 didn't just add another university. It added Texas State!

Now it's our turn to show the nation what Bobcat Nation is all about. Let's make an IMPACT!

Our teams are ready. Our coaches are ready. Our students are ready. Now we need you.

As a member of our faculty or staff, you help define the TXST experience every day. Whether you're teaching in the classroom, mentoring students, conducting research, maintaining our campuses, supporting university operations, or cheering from the stands, you play an important role in shaping what it means to be a Bobcat.

This season, we want to make every athletic venue a place where our students know they have the full support of the Bobcat community. Our student-athletes have worked hard to prepare for this moment, and there is nothing like looking into the stands and seeing their faculty and staff members wearing maroon and gold, and cheering them on.

Our students notice your support. So do their families. So do our visitors.

Every one of us represents TXST. Visiting teams, fans, television audiences, and future Bobcats will see who we are, not just by how loudly we cheer, but by the pride we show in our university and in one another.

  • Soccer: Wednesday, August 19 | 7:30 p.m. vs. Texas A&M
  • Volleyball: Saturday, August 22 | 2:00 p.m. vs. Lamar (exhibition), followed by our first home match on Friday, August 28 at 6 p.m. vs Oklahoma
  • Football: Home Opener on Saturday, September 12 | 2:30 p.m. vs. UTSA. Then, join us for Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day on Saturday, September 19 at 11 a.m. vs. North Texas. Members of our faculty and staff can use promo code APPRECIATION to claim two complimentary tickets, plus purchase additional tickets for just $20 each (regularly $35).
